Physical books may be printed or fulfilled through third-party printing and distribution partners.

Production and shipping times can vary according to product availability, printing schedules, destination, carrier conditions, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our direct control.

Any delivery date displayed should therefore be considered an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect information was provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our reasonable control.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
